Returns & Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
* The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
* All original tags and packaging must be intact.
* The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Exchange Charges
A flat ₹100 exchange processing and logistics fee will be applicable on all approved exchanges.
Refund Policy
EKA does not offer refunds on any purchases.
Once a return or exchange request is approved and the product passes our quality inspection, customers will be eligible for:
* Product exchange (subject to stock availability), or
* Store credit of equivalent value for future purchases.
Refunds to the original payment method will not be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
* Products returned after 7 days from the delivery date.
* Used, washed, damaged, or altered products.
* Products without original tags or packaging.
* Items purchased during special sales, promotional offers, or clearance events (unless received damaged or defective).
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
